Shipping policy

Delivery information depends on whether you order a physical baby carrier or a digital printable.

Baby carriers

Shipping is free for baby carrier orders to available checkout destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm destination availability.

Orders dispatch in 5–10 business days after order confirmation. This is the time before your order is shipped. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination; arrival estimates are not guaranteed dates.

If you need a delivery estimate before ordering, contact us with the product and destination postcode or country. Please ask before ordering for a particular event or deadline. Express or overnight delivery is available only when offered for your address at checkout.

Digital printables

Trackers, colouring pages and the morning routine checklist are digital files. No physical item is posted and no physical delivery is required. Check each product listing for its file format and contents. If your download email or link is missing, contact us with your order number.

Tracking and separate parcels

Where tracking is provided, details are sent with your shipping notification. Tracking can take time to appear in the delivery carrier’s system. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

International orders

A destination must be available at checkout for an order to be placed. If your country is unavailable, contact us before ordering. Customs processing and local charges, where applicable, may affect delivery; ask us if you need clarification before purchase.

Delayed or missing orders

Contact us if delivery is taking longer than expected. Our existing missing-order promise remains: if an order has not arrived within 60 days of shipping, we will issue a full refund. This promise does not limit rights or remedies available earlier under Australian Consumer Law.
