At Bunny & Bear, we know shopping for your little ones is special — and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We’re so sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

📩 Please email us at mybunnybearshop@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, along with a quick photo or video, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Cancelling or Changing an Order

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll happily cancel or update it for you.

⏰ Just contact us by 11:59 PM AEST on the day of ordering.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

 

Missing Orders

Sometimes delays happen beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipping, we’ll issue a full refund.

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, please note some orders may arrive in separate packages.


Important Notes

  • Customers cover return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit — whichever you prefer.


How to Request a Return
