How do I choose between Luxury and Atelier?

Are the carriers suitable for newborns?

Do not assume newborn suitability. The Luxury listing starts at 3 months and states a maximum of 20 kg. Confirm Atelier’s minimum age, weight and developmental requirements from its supplied instructions before purchase. Age and maximum weight alone do not establish suitability.

How much is delivery?

Shipping is free on baby carrier orders to available checkout destinations. Orders dispatch in 5–10 business days after confirmation; delivery time follows dispatch and varies by destination. Are printables posted to me?

No. Our trackers, checklist and colouring pages are digital files to print yourself. Product listings explain the included files. No physical product is shipped.

How do I get the free colouring PDF?

Add the free colouring PDF to your cart and complete its $0 checkout. Follow the download link provided by email. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your order details.

What if a download is missing or does not work?

Email mybunnybearshop@gmail.com with your order number, product name and the problem. We’ll help you access the file or address a faulty download.

How do I request a return or report damage?

Contact us with your order number and details before sending anything back. Read refunds and returns for the process and your consumer rights.
